Section 20 covers Agents for the Plantations - Barbados, Jamaica, St Christophers, Montserat, Nova Scotia, Massachusetts Bay, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Antigua, Nevis, Bermuda, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
